Meet Our Team

Cariann Emanuelli BSc (Hons)
Managing Director
Cariann was the first member of Wize Virtual Admin and despite running a fitness company which she set up on leaving university she quickly became a full time member of the team leading to being a director in 2014 and taking over as managing director in December 2015. Cariann now runs the virtual administration department, manages the growing team and is the primary contact for new enquiries. Despite this change in role Cariann likes to help out with clients’ administration accounts when possible and keeping the team fit with her classes!
Mandy Weston DMS
Director / Founder

Mandy is the founder of Wize, a mum of three who has been in administration for 30 years. She developed over that time from an administrator to executive board director. As well as being very hands on Mandy specialises in business process reengineering as well as providing executive services for business in the role of Non Executive Director.
Laura Davies BA (Hons)
Team Leader

Laura is a university graduate and full time member of the team. She takes care of current and new clients in a range of different areas such as bookkeeping, general administration and PA support. Laura has a love of music and rarely goes six months with attending a concert.
Kelly Whitefoot
Administration & Events Co-ordinator

Kelly has vast experience working in administration roles and at WIZE she is responsible for call answering, event management and other general office duties. Kelly is always up for a charity challenge whether it is climbing a mountain or learning the CHA CHA. 
Gabriella Holmes
Gabby's main responsibilities are call answering, reception duties and other general admin duties. In her spare time she's either trying to learn a new language or watching murder/plane crash investigation documentaries
Rachel Jane Harris BA (Hons)
Social Media & Communications

Rachel is a BA Media Production graduate with a passion for marketing and design. As our social media guru, Rachel uses her skills to manage all marketing and content output across our social media channels for both Wize and our clients. She is also responsible for newsletters, blogs and graphic design. A self confessed geek, there’s nothing Rachel enjoys more than curling up with a good fantasy book or watching Doctor Who.
Zoe Jones
Customer Relations and VA
Zoe has experience in many administrative roles. She helps out with new Wize VA customers by identifying how we can help or when existing customers require further support. Zoe is also responsible for our in-house administration. When not at Wize, Zoe works at several hospitals within South Wales as an auxiliary nurse.
Alison Lavelle
Training Associate
As with most of the team Alison has been a valued associate for over 15 years. Alison's career initially started in the travel industry where she progressed into a management role, in more recent years after having her family she moved into the area of business administration and training. Alison's experience and passion for training and development is complimented with certification in ILM and CIEH Training. Alison has joined our team to develop a first class training department within the business.
