Penalties and fines for those using their mobile phone illegally when driving have been doubled to six points and a £200 respectively. New drivers face losing their licence the first time they are caught as licences will be revoked if a motorist receives six penalty points within their first two years on the road.

Research conducted by the RAC discovered that attitudes to mobile phone use behind the wheel has relaxed over the last couple of years, with those saying it was acceptable doubling from 7 per cent in 2014 to 14 per cent two years later.

It's that time of year again... Strictly Top Dancer is BACK and it's BIGGER than ever! We've shaken things up a little this year and instead of pairing a professional dancer up with one person we're giving them eight people EACH to whip up into a dancing formation team!

There will be eight teams of eight in total, meaning a staggering 64 non-professionals taking part, amazing! The bigger event calls for a bigger venue so on May 13th, the teams will be performing two dances each in front of over 400 people at the Swalec Stadium in Cardiff! (Little bit scary!)

The eight teams all comprise of people from local businesses including Welsh ICE, Creazione, Creditsafe, Thomas Carroll, SSE, Plas-Y-Felin Primary School and nurses from the Breast Centre itself!

Plus FOUR members of Team Wize -Becky P, Becky W, Laura and Rachel are teaming up with Briony, Gareth, Graham and Steve from fellow Welsh ICE business WRi to form dance squad WRize!  The team is coached by dancing pro Becky Long and have been practicing since before Christmas (check out some of their sweet moves below!)
